Jalsha movies is a 2015 Indian Tamil horror horror film directed by Anil Menon and starring Jagathy Sreekanth and Kali Prakash in lead roles Azevedotechcrunch. The film’s story revolves around a lonely woman who falls into a deep coma after getting head shot while on duty and wakes up in the year 2054 with no memory of what she did before her arrest. She is nursed back to health by her friends, which prompts the scientist behind the attacks to reopen the case.

The score and the soundtrack are overated

The score of Jalsha is awful, and the soundtrack is almost a B-movie spoof of a kannada horror movie. It has a collection of rants, parades, and songs based on the characters of Aru and Kanthi, The ending of the movie is filled with music that is almost an Appendices to the novel of Aru Bhagavata by Budda Ganesan. While the script of the film is standard fare, the music and the score are what make Jalsha a B-movie.

## The music is mediocre at best

The music of Jalsha is so-so. The tunes are forgettable, and nothing stands out as a standout tune. The songs are repetitive and dull, with dull rhythm and lyrics. The music should be reserved for the side projects of actress Indraneel, who can be heard in the background and yells at the top of her lungs at various points.

## The script is substandard at best

After a long wait, Jalsha comes to the theaters on the 9th of October, 2015. The film is all right, but it doesn’t do anything special and mundanely typical to make one want to go out and see the film. The script is nowhere near good enough to make one want to sit through the entire film twice. The dialogues, while decent enough, are nowhere near memorable. The performances are average at best.

## The production values are poor at best

The production values of Jalsha are very poor. The sets, the costumes, the music, and the effects are all very cheap and flimsy. The visual effects are average at best, especially for a B-movie. The soundtrack is also filled with a mix of old and new Hindi pop music, which is far from original. The ending of the film is also very cheap and silly, with no emotion whatsoever to it.

## Final verdict: A B+
